Installed Zippys Night Vision 350K in Win XP SP3. I am getting blur image. Installed the driver which given along with cam. Please help to fix

sir i purchsed the 1300 k web cam well before installing the win 7. when i tried to install the driver , the cam is not working .kindly tell me how I should activate this cam to windows . These drivers already incd format is not accepting .driver compatible with windows 7 if u suggest , plz mail me the link
or atleast tell me how to solve this problem
